In the latest version (v2.5.4.39 from 03/28/2017) the following bug is noticed:
All search engine settings have been erased.
When you add a search engine to the group "Use by default" in the settings, it is not saved there and in the context menu is not displayed

Chromium added some restriction on default search engine list.
Now you need to uncheck the option "Show default search engines only in context menu".

You can remove unnecessary search engines, and add command line "--cb-disable-auto-detect-search-provider" to prevent the browser from collecting search engines automatically.

Yes, it is necessary to do so. Thank you.
Or roll back to v2.4.2.19. However, for some reason the browser is updated automatically with the automatically update check-box turned off.
P.S.: I wonder why in Chrome made such a deformation?
