To me, it seems to happen in comments sections (altho the section is not a "live update" comment forum).

go to comments and open, if not already. I sort by "best".
very choppy.
Others sites are fine even if one or 2 are choppy....all in the same browser section....
bad enough that I can't really use Cent yet....this needs fixing.
just went back to the example page and it was smooth now! ???
geez....autoscrolling, the scroll just changed itself from scrolling down, to scrolling up!
something is not right.
Please try running the browser with safemode.bat
