[BUG] Win 10 Spinning load up / blank page.

Having Cent for some reason trying to load resources and seeing a CPU / Memory spike on opening a new tab page, when I have it set to a blank page.  I do not see this ssue on my Windows 7 work install.  Just my windows 10 pro install.  This gives the illusion that Cent is trying to load something, and it slows down new page navigation because it is processing, something...  Can you look into this?
