a TAB browser that don't open a new tab BY DEFAULT, seriously ?

I am truly fed up with Chrome that does not even have those hidden settings.
This is the very reason why I don't want to use Chrome (due to the fact that websites only works with the Blink engine) and I love Cent!
I have no idea why google keeps developing tab browsers or what they are thinking!

In any case, I would like the features listed below.

1. Force links to open in the background tab
   
2. Open popup window in tab
   
3. Hide close button on tab
   
4. Pinned tabs can only be closed by context menu
   
5. Warn me when closing window with multiple tabs
   
6. Minimum tab width(px)
   
7. Open hyperlink in / Open bookmarks in / Open homepage in / Open search result in / Open typed URL in new tab
   
8. New tab position Next to current tab group
   
9. Action after closing current tab Auto colect
   
10. the multi-column tab list button
    Always open tabs in the background(not middle click, Ctrl+click)By only left click is absolutely mandatory!
