Here are translations:
* Show tab list button = Показувати кнопку списку вкладок
* Maximum bookmark button width(px): = Максимальна ширина кнопки закладки (пікс.):
Not sure for "toggle mute...". Did you mean this volume icon which appearing when playing music on page?
If so, there are two possible translations:
(1. litterally):
* Toggle mute by clicking audio indicator button = Перемикання звуку при натисканні на звуковий індикатор
(2. more understandable: by adding "on tab" word to translation)
* Toggle mute [on tab] by clicking audio indicator button = Перемикання звуку [на вкладці] при натисканні на звуковий індикатор
The second option is preferable but not required if text become to long.
