Your web browser seems to be running as Administrator account with elevated privileges.IDM has no sufficient access rights to show Download Panel inside its windows（error code 5）.
If you run the browser using"Run as administrator"menu item，please close it and run again normally.
Maybe you have"Run this program as an administrator"box checked on the Windows file properties dialog of the browser's executable file or the shortcut.If this is the case，please uncheck it.Also you need to remove the compatibility mode with previous versions of Windows if there is one enabled.
Please restart the browser after making these changes.
没遇到过这个问题，感觉处理起来挺麻烦的。
如果是 win10 的话，可以打开任务管理器，切换到"详细信息"栏，右键点击列名点击"选择列"找到并勾选"特权"，然后查看 chrome.exe 后的显示的选项判断浏览器到底是不是真的在以管理员权限运行。
如果确实不是以管理员权限运行，那只能试试下载一个新的便携版浏览器看看还会会有同样的问题，若没问题，那就迁移数据到新浏览器上吧（原本就是便携版复制 User Data 即可；原本是安装版参考这里：迁移CentBrowser安装版的数据到便携版的技巧。）
