浏览器怎么设置禁止打开新的实例

触不可及

RT   浏览器设置了快捷键，但是每次按快捷键 都会打开一个新的实例窗口。如何能设置禁止打开新的实例，就是如果应用程序已经打开，那么按下快捷键时就会切换到这个任务窗口中来，而不是再打开一个窗口。

浏览器的“启动命令行”有解决此问题的命令吗？

没有这种启动命令吧(至少我不知道)，我能想到的一种方法是可以用 AutoHotKey 来实现这种需求，比如：
