If we do the porting, we are not sure how many features can be added.

okay do it As far as you can but basically i want that it supports html5 , also should have  popup blocker, private window etc

I didn't agree. with you , if need you can converter to .apk give android software , your can search on CH play or Store your smartphone ,

I already create a cent browser. have vietnamese language can pass wall fire

I really agree with you Mr.Quanghau and if you want to check the total number of android versions available till date you can find out.
