If I sign into Cent with my Google account and also sign into Chrome with the same account, the Customize options disappear from the Chrome New Tab page!  Huh

Please open chrome://settings/syncSetup/advanced in both Chrome and Cent Browser, and disable "Sync everything" and "Settings".
