I don't fully understand what you mean by "bookmark manager service"? In Centbrowser there is a standard for Chromium's bookmark manager.
well , since i live in China , we can not use Google's service freely . i thought that the google's bookmark service is not built in the chromium project . seems i was wrong .

it could be designed as an alternative 。China has 854 million Internet users who surf the web using a browser. and most of us enjoying using the chromium core browser. and i really like centbrowser most . hope centbrowser consider making this happen .
