Cent Browser 4.0.9.112 - 32 bits its very slow for load the pages, I waiting for more of 10 seconds for some pages...

Hello. What you mean under "waiting" ? You see white page in all 10 seconds? Or you about animation circle on tabs, after loading page?
And what is version? In header - 64 bits, in first post - 32.

I turned off the resource preload option and some pages now load faster, but other pages (especially webpages with videos) load very slowly.

I'm using the 32-bit version, the 64-bit version installer didn't work...

Probably disk IO was blocked.
Please try disabling or updating your anti-virus.
