Dear Developers,
As soon as I started to use the new beta version (3.6.8.58-x64 portable), I encountered a ridiculous innovation:
It is extremely annoying to automatically turn on the on-screen keyboard when you start typing anything on the browser.
I haven't carefully researched how to cancel this from the Cent Browser settings yet; but canceling the "Touch Keyboard" selection in the taskbar right-click menu cannot prevent it from opening automatically.
You should fix this oddity immediately.
I wish you succes,

Solution:
Select "Disable" as the startup type for "Touch Keyboard and Handwriting Panel Service" via "Computer Management > Services"!
NOTE: In "Services", the start type of this service was default; that is, it was selected as "Manual". Therefore, this is a workaround. The developer must create the original solution.

I'm using windows 10, normal desktop mode and I don't have that issue. But some people say it might be in windows 8.1 idk.

I haven't used Google Chrome for 8 years; Internet Explorer for 15 years. But my computer always has at least three Firefox-based and three Chromium-based browsers (all are portable).
I looked at the page which you wrote its link above; the problem is the same; but it turns out when you're using
Google Chrome in
incognito mode.
But
this problem occurs as soon as you open the new Cent Browser beta (OS: Windows 8.1 Pro x64 up to date).
I didn't need to try it in incognito mode, because it was so annoying.
Therefore, the problem in question is a production error related to the Chromium-based browsers, and
the Cent Browser developers needs to solve it.
Greetings,

Greetings,
or maybe it is something that needs to be fixed in the chromium base if it is a problem every chromium based browser has.

The problematic new Cent Browser Beta is based on
"Chromium 69.0.3497.100". But there is no such problem in Kinza (5.0.0 x64)
, Opera (56.0.3051.43)
and Vivaldi (2.0.1309.37 x64)
, which are now published on the same basis (69).

Thanks to above.
This is an issue of Chromium 68/69.
We will try to fix it before stable release.

setting - hiding close button in tab cause appearance on inactive tab on mouse over it, on active disappear forever.
but stable version - all fine.

Hi "bsd300",
Unfortunately, you've added a post here without reading the topic and any of the above...
Our problem is that the on-screen keyboard is opened automatically; We have no problem with hiding or showing tabs and their shutdown buttons.
Greetings,
(By the way, off-topic info: The results of activating or deactivating the
"Hide close button on tab" option you mentioned do not matter. Moreover, Google Chrome does not even have such an option.)
