How to Remove Internet Download Manager context-menu after even being uninstalled completely without leftover, it stays there;
'download with IDM'
'download all links with IDM'

You can delete the registry item "HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\IDMan.CIDMLinkTransmitter".
But I suggest you backup it firstly.
