An notable change is the "Command Bookmark". This feature allow you to run a command just like in Win+R. Just write the cmd: prefixed command string in the URL field of a bookmark. e.g.:
cmd:calc
cmd:shutdown /i
cmd:notepad d:\123.txt
cmd:cmd.exe /k ping yahoo.com
cmd:rundll32.exe inetcpl.cpl,LaunchConnectionDialog

That feature is also called "pan scroll", indicating whether should scroll the web page while you hold down middle mouse button and move the mouse.
It is provided as a solution for conflict with default behavior of the browser: "middle click to open hyperlinks in a background tab".

I did and it only work if I open up incognito windows. Not when I open a multilogin tab (Ctrl+M).
