Missing "Search this image with Google" menu

just hours ago when I point mouse onto an image and tried for menu,  suddenly have missed a context menu row:

Search this image with google

I forget what I've monkeyed around.. 
anyone please would help ?

Have you changed your default search engine?

I edited my own, but even so it used to be working normal:

URL with %s in place of query

https://www.google.com/search?q=%s&safe=active

please help me give the correct one that'd recover the 'Search this image with google' context-menu

Image Search URL is not shown in the search engine editing dialog, only Keyword Search URL is shown.
So there is no image search feature for manually added search engine.
You may try resetting your User Data or editing the file "User Data\Default\Preferences".
