[Suggestion] Fluent Design

Hi Guys,
is it possible for you to add Windows 10 Fluent Design Effect to Cent Browser? I'm not a programmer - so I don't know this is an option to do this. But it would be cool stuff.

As Chromium is already using Material Design, I think there is a lot of work to do to support Fluent Design.
