I installed intaller version. After I run Cent firstly (for settle to disk), copied my files to %localappdata%\CentBrowser\User Data\Default\ folder. Again Run to Cent. Cent recognized my password and search engines without sync. Afterwards I copied the Web+Local Data files in this folder re-builed to User Data Default folder of Portable version. That's all.
Cent now reads properly to my Login & Web Data file without sync. I'm waiting for the release of Windows 10 v1709 RTM. I now know how I can migrate my all settings.
