Popup windows in youtube

I am facing a bug about using pop-up windows in youtube. 
Now pop-up windows will make youtube videos unviewable. (shown as attached figure)
Other video streaming site work perfectly. (like dailymotion)

Is it a bug or should I tune some of my setting? 

My OS: 64bit Windows 10 ver. 1607 build 14393.479
Cent version: 2.2.9.39 (64-bit) (Chromium 54.0.2840.99)

Sorry this is a bug and we are working on it.
You can use Youtube cinema mode instead currently.
