Some UI suggestions
#1
Hi,

I'd like to thank the developers for this wonderful browser. Cent is currently the most feature-rich Chromium-based browser!
here're some suggestioms:

i, can you remove the empty space on the left of the tab bar?

ii, can you make the color of the tab list button (on the tab bar) a little bit brighter so that it easier to recognize when using dark windows background?

iii, how to disable the right-click menu items of external downloaders (those in the red rectangular on the screenshot)

iv, can you make the border of the address box, the bookmark bar, the addressbar border more subtle

v, many times tabs display url instead of title the webpages as name, how to stop Cent doing that?
Thanks!

Thanks for your suggestion.

i, can you remove the empty space on the left of the tab bar?
Yes, this is acceptable. But there are some other details need to consider.

ii, can you make the color of the tab list button (on the tab bar) a little bit brighter so that it easier to recognize when using dark windows background?
We can't change it directly. If we change it brighter, then it also looks dim on brighter theme.
Best solution is adding a variable in theme configuration file to control its color, currently this is not done.
By the way, now you can press Alt+X to show the menu.

iii, how to disable the right-click menu items of external downloaders (those in the red rectangular on the screenshot)
There is no way to do this except deleting some registry value. Why do you want to disable it?

iv, can you make the border of the address box, the bookmark bar, the addressbar border more subtle
These are inherited from Chromium. They can be customized in a theme. You can install a suitable theme to do that.

v, many times tabs display url instead of title the webpages as name, how to stop Cent doing that?
This has nothing to do with the browser itself. The browser will display the title after requested document is downloaded and parsed correctly.
Before parsing finished, the title is always its URL.
This is probably something related to your networking or extensions.

And we recommend you to try this theme:

thanks for your quick responses,

iii, because it duplicates and makes context menu longer/bigger. In my case, I only use idm, so therer's no need for additional items.

v, maybe that's because of ublock origin. I still can't figure out how to make it work properly though.

sorry for my bad english.
thanks.

the theme you recommended a little bit too colorful though, i'll have to contend with the default theme.

tetsu, try running three commands in cmd.exe with administrator privilege, and check the result:
regsvr32 /u <Thunder Installed Path>\ThunderAgent.dll
regsvr32 /u <Thunder Installed Path>\ThunderAgent.dll //Use 64-bit cmd.exe
regsvr32 /u <IDM Installed Path>\IDMan.exe

i run these two commands:

regsvr32 /u "C:\Program Files (x86)\Thunder Network\Thunder\BHO\ThunderAgent.dll"
regsvr32 /u "C:\Program Files (x86)\Internet Download Manager\IDMan.exe"

the output:

but there's no change in context menu.

Maybe the DLL re-registered by its loader.
You can try renaming ThunderAgent.dll and thunderAgent64.dll.
For IDMan.exe, you can also rename it, but after that you need to change your desktop shortcut.

I renamed ThunderAgent.dll and thunderAgent64.dll but it's still that way. This is a small issue and I can live with that.
You're really responsive, thanks for that.
Cheer!

tetsu, please try deleting these three registry items:
HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\ThunderAgent.Agent
HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\ThunderAgent.Agent64
HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\IDMan.CIDMLinkTransmitter
