on windows 10 pro it doesn't start

I found a problem with how fonts are rendered on this forum.

It's because you don't have Korean fonts on your computer. Maybe it's because of the direct write flag, I always had this before when I turned it off. but now I checked it myself, everything is fine with the fonts, both with the flag turned on and with it turned off

But it worked just fine with the previous version. I don't visit korean sites that often so it's not a big deal for me. But I noticed a few other bugs. The Download's popup is white in dark mode. And the files from github are downloaded with the weird hashnames. Trying to make an extension's backup also results in missing filename.

Btw, not a bug, but is the user.css applicable for devtools? Either i can't find the right one or it just doesn't work with it.

Yes, it's a DirectWrite issue, but in version 5.1.1130.129 it displays correctly regardless of the DirectWrite state.

I don't know about this, I haven't tried it, but I think you wrote somewhere about your devtools in the previous version https://www.centbrowser.net/en/showthrea...0#pid24850 , and you seemed to have your own styles there. They don't work on the default one from custom.css, I think. and if the styles don't work on the new version with custom devtools, then it may be a bug, and it may no longer be available, you need to wait for a response from the developer

в флагах есть пунктик - "Compact mode for the browser", включаем, затем на панели вкладок правой мышкой - вкл или откл компактный режим.

Known issues:

Some Window 10 Pro users have mentioned to have a startup problem with this update. I'm also a Window 10 Pro user; with the update of Cent Browser 5.2.1168.54 x64 Portable I haven't any startup problem and it works as expected.

What I don't like about this update is the large space between the Icons of Extension pinned at the Toolbar, which narrows the width of the address bar.

what about the manifest? v2 still works?

If you type chrome://flags in the address bar and type "manifest" in the search box, there's no Cent Extensions manifest V2, to support manifest V2 extensions, but only some Experiments for Extension Manifest V2 Deprecation.
