Есть ли на вивальди синхронизация с гугл акк ?  И функция открытия закладок одной кнопкой мышки ЛКМ (без crtl и прочего) ?

Ну гугл акк вряд ли. Но с хрома все переноситься за пару кликов. Про закладки не понял вопроса.

У Вивальди нет синхронизации с Гугл, но есть своя. И мобильная версия тоже есть.

downloaded the x64 version and started it and clicked on sign in, then it failed to sign in, tried two more times and failed, although G-Mail is logged in and can see my E-Mails, so sync didn't work.
So I'll pass this one from the first try

Are you using Windows 7 and the browser is 64-bit version?
Then you can try 32-bit browser instead.

No! I'm using Windows 10 Pro 64bit 22H2 os build 19045.5737, and have Processor 11th Gen Intel® Core™ i7-1165G7 @ 2.80GHz  2.80 GHz Installed Physical Memory (RAM) 32,0 GB

this problem is happen when you use fixed virtual memory or turned it off (pagefile.sys). 
use system managed size and problem will be gone.
