Bug report: "Add new download" button not working

Bug 
When clicking the "Add new download" button, nothing happens:

Yes, the "Confirm download" interface also needs improvement, make it like IDM's:

It's easy to select the path, overwrite the file (if you want), rename the file when downloading, Add/change file description,... All in one!

And with blob: links should (with an option) force the use of the Save as downloader because these are already downloaded data and saved on disk/memory, no need to redownload so calling the built-in/IDM downloader is unnecessary.
IDM also ignores these links and calls Save as directly.
The default "Download" folder should be C:\Users\<USERNAME>\Download instead of C:\Users\<USERNAME>\Documents\Download which is a built-in folder that is also the default download folder for the operating system and other software (like IDM).
