The search result stopped opening in a new background tab. Opens in a new active tab, regardless of settings.

Where did you search in the browser?
And have you checked your extensions?

Tested on the latest release 5.1.1130.82 x32 portable. On a clean profile. The bug was also discovered by other members of our forum. A bug appeared in the beta version.

Looks like, this Tab setting works only with Adress Bar search option (when you type search request), not with Context menu option or Super Drag.

No, in the previous version it works correctly through the context menu.

You're right. And it doesn't work in the latest version either. As a temporary solution until the bug is fixed, I am using the Tab Position Options 5.6 extension.
