same catsxp, same Win defender = no viruses for me, it's clean. Maybe you dl'ed it from a bad site.

Catsxp shields stopped blocking ads, blocked trackers, ads and other 0, and so on every page, any ideas.

for some reason there is no filter now. You have to add yourself.
