Please give explanation on the following features in settings:

Enable lazy session loading

Use temporary directory for "Save&Open" items

The first option is explained in https://www.centbrowser.com/features.html#basics
The second one has no much use, it means the downloaded file will be placed in the Temp directory and will be deleted automatically the next time, if you clicked the "Save&Open" button on the download dialog.
