Also, there is a problem with text being invisible when enabling Out of process rasterization -option in flags.
Please try appending this command line to the browser:
--no-sandbox
And test for some time.

With one monitor connected, browser element tooltips pop up like in the picture ..
When I connect a second monitor, they and with them the browsers main menu start to displaying only on the second screen, while the browser itself is only on the screen of the first monitor. And pop-ups of extensions begin to align not to the right edge of the extension icon, but to the left, and are also most often located (partially) on the second screen.
Have you tested this with Chrome.
May be a Chromium bug.

In the 88th build of Chromium, Flash support was cut off at the root?
Are you planning to make a final for the latest build with plugin support?
Flash is still needed by a lot of people, both for entertainment, and for work and training, and to protect yourself from holes, those who do not need the plugin, it is elementary.
What are your thoughts on this?

We will try to support Flash for several more months.

You can at least approximate when you will release a new version.

Hello. STABLE version 4.3.9.248.
The option "Place a new bookmark at the top of the list" - when I add a bookmark, it still appears at the end of the list. If I delete it and save it again, only then it remains at the top of the list. Is it bug?
