Alright, so I may have finally gotten GDI rendering to work! still some weird crashes now and then but I'll have them sorted out and have the patches open sourced so there will be no more of this egoistic lazy power hungry closed source bullshit! power to the people!

I have noticed that the fonts in my implementation look much crisper (better) than on Cent's

UPDATE 2:
All issues were resolved. the chromium fork will be named GDIChromium and not CentBrowserLite. the CentBrowser team has not reached out.
This marks as the last post from as I am finally departing the CentBrowser community, the only thing that kept me tied to CentBrowser was GDI rendering (#disable-direct-write) but that's no longer.

I tested all suggested browsers: 360 exproler(the more interesting), kinza, sleipnir, maxthon, none is clean as the centbrowser
I hope the next version is released soon. cent so far is the best

There's nothing really I'd recommended as none of them contain enough Cent options/features to make the change worth it. The sad part is, I'm pretty sure many Cent users would jump to another browser immediately if there was something around with perhaps 80%-90% of the options/features Cent has and was kept relatively up to update.

I'm just pointing out that option is now built-in as standard and should appear in pretty much any Chromium based browser once it's updated, even Cent.

Absolutely agreed with rch.

The importance for a browser to have certain options/features is really a personal preference, but the importance of keeping relatively up to date is universal, we couldn't deny that.

I personally always doubt the necessity for Chromium to push out updates so frequently. That makes some smaller developers difficult to follow suit. Though I don't think the browser should always use the latest version of Chromium, however I can't psychologically feel comfortable using a browser that is several versions behind.

Anyway, that's life, isn't it?
