old version Chrome / help

Everytime when I open Cent browser ( latest version ) i receive this message ( see attached image ) in a new tab
Is there a way to get rid of it ? I have no viruses / malware, etc Thank you https://postimg.cc/w7Ypy8tg

some chrome extensions, like "Magic Actions for YouTube" can cause this message. next time, first, please try to rename "user data" folder, it will help you to understand, if problem come from the browser or from the user profile.

I did disable the MAGIC ACTIONS FOR YOUTUBE, there is no more this annoying message - new tab
But I don't know how to disable / remove this option. I like MAGIC ACTIONS FOR YOUTUBE and I wouldn't remove it Thank you
