Yes, current tab bar is definitely too tall for this resolution.

You may try appending "Startup command line":
--force-device-scale-factor=0.8

While it works, it shrinks EVERYTHING and not just the top bar. :c

Have you tried disabling hardware acceleration?

Seems "chrome://flags/#autoplay-policy" is not always respected.
Whether to autoplay may be decided by Chromium core.
Please compare with Chrome 72, you may not be able to block autoplay.

Yes. Safe mode too. Big lag in this version of CB.
