Graphical glitch

After last update. Again this graphical glitch|artefact in some games when Cent is open, the same like ~1 year ago. I already change hardware, but after update glitch is return. And just when Cent is open.
How i can rollback to prev. version (3.7.2.33)? My bad, i delete old version folder.

Have you also tried toggling hardware acceleration?(Enabled->Disabled or Disabled->Enabled)

Thnx, i try.
But hardware acceleration always was Enable, i mean in prev. versions too.
