This should be created by some software installed in your OS.
You may need to find it out and uninstall it.
Another way, you may disable Group Policy at OS level if you don't need it at all.
We will consider adding a command line to ignore group polices in future version.

Very true, I used to recommend Cent to friends and customers all the time, but haven't done so in several months now. At the moment, Cent is potentially a security and a stability risk being so far behind, I can't recommend that to others, which is a shame.

Too hard to do this as more and more people the longer time the more often use Linux as their solution while Cent not portable and available on Linux
