Please follow these steps:
1.Change your preferred language to Vietnamese in https://www.google.com/preferences#languages
2.Open chrome://settings/languages, expand "Language", click the three-dot button next to "Vietnamese" and select "Move to the top". If there is no "Vietnamese", you can click "Add Language" to add Vietnamese and then "Move to the top".
