In fact, this is a nice feature.But there is one more question needs to be answered.As we already have auto hide bookmark bar, if we auto hide toolbar, then how do we place the bookmark bar?

What do you mean? Do you mean if URL bar is auto-hidden and bookmarks are always shown? Maybe it shouldn't be allowed, it doesn't seem useful.
