Generally speaking, newer Chromium version is more secure and feature rich, but consumes more resources.
There are always vulnerabilities. But if only the sandbox not bypassed, the security threat is very limited.
We have bundled widevinecdm dll in 1.4.0.2, you can copy "WidevineCDM" directory from Chrome's "User Data" to Cent Browser's "User Data", and see if netflix works well.
