Secondly if you use "Incognito tab",you cannot use any extension.Without extension one cannot think of browsing,as every one is addicted for some extension or other

Obviously you can use extensions in incognito mode, though there are privacy concerns if you use any rougue extension.
To use extensions in incognito mode just select the "allow in incognito" option like the screenshot. Hope it helps :
