The problem for me with this icon is it's not reliable.
And not only on Cent, on all browsers.
The loading circle is supposed to show either the % of page that's loading, either the state "loading/loaded". But I don't count how many pages shows their icon in the tab while content is still unloaded! (Generally ads, videos or Flash content)
It's very frustrating for me to wait for a page (when on low connection) to see that the "finished" signal means in reality "wait again you have 60% more"...
