No Google account logging. I don't use anti-virus softwares .
I guess this issue just came to me and that was it. I ask you not to waste your time in vain.
As the phrase goes, every cloud has a silver lining. Because of I already wanted to set up/update/reorganize the my search engine file. There were a lot of unnecessary records (Of course, they are all added before the --cb-disable-auto-detect-search-provider).
Before I mentioned in here slowness of settings UI of standart Chromium. Now, the "Web Data" (SQLite Format 3) file is empty, so it's adding new search engines to the list is fast.
That's what I meant: If the more recordings the Web Data file contained, the window's response time dramatically decreases when any adding or updating on SearchEngines settings window. Despite Cent completely installed to SSD partition. (My PC info: AMD Phenom II X4, 4 GB DDR2-RAM, Win10-64bit).

Other issue:
I right now writing when SafeMode ("User Data(SafeMode)" profile folder). The first time I pressed CTRL T, Cent doesn't open a new tab. New tab opens after only two-three pressed. CTRL F, too. I just couldn't understand what triggered this problem. If I can solved this issue, I will inform about that.
P.S.: I will be post a few new my suggestions. Hope to see you again.
Can you dump a DLL list of the main browser process chrome.exe with Process Explorer? You can follow this instruction:
https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help...xe-process
I guess this issue was caused by your input method, or other software which installed keyboard hook.
By the way, there is indeed some changes in Chromium 57 regarding search engine.
Auto-detected HTTP(non secure) search engines will be deleted automatically by Chromium, HTTPS search engines and manually added search engines(including HTTP ones) are not affected. And some restriction was also added to the default search engine. Please see here:
