Because I disabled directwrite from chrome://flags & I use mactype for rendering the fonts
after I enable the directwrite, the problem solved.

As we have that flag to disable DW, you don't need to install any DLL patch.
Just install snowie2000 Mactype directly, or change Mactype version.
And you may try cleaning Windows font cache.
