Disabling DirectWrite in chrome://flags does not resolve problem.
It is obvious that an bug in DirectWrite, because reproduced on Win7+. On XP no problem.

That issue may have some difficulty to solve.It may be a deep level WebKit layout bug.You can try using Stylish or custom.css to change default fonts.
