Did you choose "Don't allow sites to save data on your device" in chrome://settings/content/siteData, or enable "Clear browsing data on exit" in chrome://settings/privacy?
If you haven't enabled these settings in the browser, did you use the portable version of the CentBrowser and place it in a folder path containing special characters?
If none of these situations apply, you can try using the "Help" → "Wipe browsing data" option within the three-dot menu in the upper right corner, and check the box for "Delete network cache" to clear the data. After that, check if the browser still loses website login status upon restarting.
