it seems we can't do anything against that...
same here, on 3 computers : Windows 10 Pro (FR) freshly installed/updated on a VM (VirtualBox), Windows 11 Home (FR) on a new/updated bought computer, Windows 11 Pro (FR) on my main computer (freshly formatted/updated less than a week before this new release)
no matter if x86 or x64, portable or installed, normal or safe mode → does not start at all.
@Admini, is there anything we can do to help debug this ? I really want to try the new revision

(already tried chrome.exe --enable-logging --v=2 and chrome.exe --no-sandbox → results)
or maybe there is some kind of missing dependencies ?
