Beta version (5.2.1168.54)

The beta version doesn't start for me as well (Windows 10 Enterprise).

Here is some info from debug.txt

[0708/102637.798:ERROR:registration_protocol_win.cc(136)] TransactNamedPipe: The pipe has been ended. (0x6D)
[0708/102656.543:ERROR:crashpad_client_win.cc(144)] crash server failed to launch, self-terminating

This means that Chromium's crashpad handler process can't start, but it doesn't help much.
Please run the browser with this command line to see if it can output any useful information:
chrome.exe --enable-logging --v=2
Or
chrome.exe --no-sandbox
