Feature Request: Remove Google Hangouts and no build-in extensions

You may not need these extensions, but others do

its disable hangouts
--disable-component-extensions-with-background-pages
this will show the built-in extensions, it is impossible to disable or delete them (or I didn't find how)

well, you can delete them in files Preferences, Security Preferences and they won't load  (I haven't tried it in the cent, but it should work the same way)

I said the 2 extensions Web Store and PDF Viewer are rarely used, can keep but instead of building them as built-in, build them as regular extensions, users can disable/remove them if not needed.

As for Google Hangouts, it seems to be built to support on very old browsers, but with current browsers, it is never used, even if you use Google Hangouts on the browser.
