Cent Browser Icon Changed to Foreign Icons

You may try clearing Cent registry items with this: (Run with Administrator privileges, click the "Scan" button directly, delete all the found items)

If it prompts that some registry items cannot be deleted, just ignore.
Then install to the current location again(or overwrite existing files for portable version), then set as default browser.
