But this change should only affect (silently)setting default programs.
i'm not sure about the 'silent setting' thing but somthing in all the centbrower versions in https://static.centbrowser.com/win_beta/5.1.1130.26/ do trigger.
so - to centbrowser developers - please figure out what the issue is.
