You can run it with the switch added --user-agent="Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/120.0.0.0 Safari/537.3"
Moreover, with #enable-javascript-harmony flag 99.95% of sites should work just fine. Even the "unsupported" extensions can be installed by editing its manifest file. C'mon guys, stop whining. The sources of chromium weights ~30Gb, even the windows itself has less code. That thing is super complicated and it gets even more so with every release. A release in 1-2yrs. would be ok nowadays. Otherwise you can switch to CatsXP (mostly the ui and extensions thing, the dude even has a shitty font embedded into resources.pak, or it's just a Brave's leftover) or GDI/Supermium, but those are mostly hobby thing and I think the devs will get bored and abandon the projects real fast and you won't be able to switch back (profile, settings).
