Before we upgrade, you can install extensions from https://www.crx4chrome.com/

I'd recommend downloading the CRX Extractor/Downloader extension from there, and then using that extension to download any other needed extensions or updates directly from the Chrome Webstore as CRX4Chrome is missing some extensions/has very old versions of others.
