If you open an incognito window to use and close normal windows, will the cpu usage decrease?

well this is complicated, it's not all the time high cpu usage, something triggers the high cpu usage (a particular website, number of open tabs, not sure) but if i start to close the (or unload from memory aka the great suspender) open tabs, the high cpu usage stills remains, i have to close the whole chrome.exe and start again.
but i will try to open a incognito window and load the websites open at the time and see what happens
