I've also been disappointed by the lack of updates and communication and while I will continue to wait for a Centbrowser update, I've been using Slimjet browser (https://www.slimjet.com/). While Slimjet isn't updated with the current Chromium version, it is using v.90.0.4430.93 and the developer is in constant communication with users.
