[Suggestion] Eliminate white flash on restore and when closing last tab

Chromium has done well in recent years to eliminate white flashes on page load, but Cent's custom options don't seem to take advantage. When reloading a closed tab, or when closing the last tab, there's quick white flashes. Be a lot cooler if there wasn't.
